Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic In Real Life - Content Writer Intern to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Write highquality and engaging content in English, including articles, blog posts, social media captions, and website copy.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy and credibility in the content.
  • Conduct interviews and write people's real stories without any prejudice on their thoughts, personality, and experience.

Topic Ideation:

  • Brainstorm and generate creative ideas for content topics that resonate with the target audience and align with our brand voice.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and news to identify potential content opportunities.

SEO Optimization:

  • Incorporate basic search engine optimization (SEO) techniques into content creation, including the use of keywords, meta descriptions, and proper formatting.
  • Ensure content is optimized for readability, user experience, and search engine visibility.

Content Editing and Proofreading:

  • Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall clarity.
  • Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and editorial standards.

Content Promotion:

  • Participate in content distribution and engagement activities to maximize the reach and impact of our content.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization based on data analysis

Collaborative Work:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including designers, marketers, and editors, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and content planning discussions.

Learning and Development:

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, content writing trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance writing skills and expand knowledge in areas such as storytelling, copywriting, and content strategy.

; Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Strong proficiency in written English language, with a keen understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure (good Malay or Mandarin comprehension skills is a plus). Excellent research and analytical skills to gather information and present it in a concise and engaging manner. Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing platforms. Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fastpaced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openmindedness to feedback.
