As a Staff Nurse at Happy Medihome, you will play a crucial role in providing professional nursing care to patients/residents within our nursing home under the direction of the Manager/Director.


Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Rendering professional nursing care in support of medical care as directed by the Manager/Director.
  • Competency in various nursing procedures including medication administration, intravenous cannulation, Nasogastric tube & urinary catheterization, suction ,tracheostomy care, colostomy care & suction.
- wound inspection and dressing

  • Commitment to providing evidencebased nursing care to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Developing and performing tailored patient care/treatment/recovery plans in collaboration with the medical team.
  • Conducting fall risk assessments, close observation, and activating emergency response teams as needed.
  • Constantly updating patient progress by checking vital signs charts, intake/output charts, and other necessary records.
  • Coordinating residence room activities with ancillary services such as maintenance, housekeeping, and dietary departments.
  • Proficiently performing admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • SRN registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
  • Ability to practice standard infection control precautions.
  • Analytical nursing skills to interpret changes in patient's condition.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken Chinese & English.
  • Polite, attentive, loving, and caring in nature.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on shift rotations.
  • Applicants who possess own transport and are willing to commute between different centers are preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, New-Grad

Pay:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
