Job description
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparation of monthly report and other daily accounting functions
  • To monitor cash positions of the Companies, both daily and monthly eg: Bank Reconciliation, petty cash records and etc
  • To monitor daily sales and debt collection
  • To monitor account payables, payments and stock management
  • To monitor staff claim and other expenses
  • To ensure data and record are kept up to date
  • Responsible for other accounting related task
  • To liaise with bankers on the financing arrangement for the companies
  • To administer and to support each Department for manpower request, movement and documentation.
  • To prepare employment documentation and arrange a preemployment medical examination and to ensure a record of employment is properly maintained.
  • Manage employee welfare, employee facilities by conducting monthly inspection at staff house provided by company and company asset.
  • To oversee and support HR & Administration function and arrange all necessary paper works for office use, security access for authority department at various site location.
  • To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.
Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years working experience in the related field for Assistant position
  • Required skill: MS Excel, Word, etc
  • Able to handle full set account

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
