Admin HR Assistant

**Job Description ;**
- Collaborate closely with team members to address HR operational issues.
- Assist with any HR-related demands and needs, both internal and external.
- In charge of the management and affairs of foreign workers.
- Handle and keep track of employee days off, claims, and advances.
- Handling the full spectrum of Foreign Worker Management including renewal of permits, insurance, and FOMEMA.
- To oversee administrative duties of human resources, including equipment, accommodation, uniforms, insurance, booking flights, etc.
- Organize and update HR files, keep employee files confidential, and update personnel records for current workers, including promotions and terminations.
- Respond to often-asked concerns from potential workers and staff regarding hiring procedures, benefits, standard policies, grievances/complaints, etc.
- Advertise employment opportunities on all relevant job sites to find applicants. Help with new hire orientations and record-keeping.
**Requirements ;**
- Diploma or Degree in a related field
- Freshie allowed and willing to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
