- Carrying out the tasks as directed from time to time.
- Employee Relations: Promoting positive employee relations by handling employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and addressing any issues related to employee morale, satisfaction, or performance.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback to employees, and working with managers to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Training and Development: Assessing training needs designing and implementing training programs, organizing workshops, and facilitating professional development opportunities for employees.
- Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation programs, conducting salary reviews, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, and overseeing employee benefits packages.
- Policy Development: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals, culture, and legal requirements.
- Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and employment standards, and addressing legal issues related to HR practices, such as discrimination or harassment claims.
- HR Data and Analytics: Collecting and analysing HR data, generating reports, and utilizing metrics to evaluate HR effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Employee Engagement: Developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, such as employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
- HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategy with overall organizational goals, forecasting HR needs, and developing long-term workforce planning.
- Additionally, as an HR Person, you may lead a team of HR professionals, provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
