Human Resource Officer

Accurate and timely maintenance of physical and digital personnel records
- Provide support for a range of HR transactional services, not limited to preparation of letters/documents, administration of employee benefit programs, monitoring of leave and attendance
- Timely administration and processing of employee benefit and entitlement claims according to established policies
- Ensure the continued quality and integrity of data by performing regular data audits and reconciliations
- Consolidate and provide recurring and ad-hoc HR data analysis and reports
- Assist in building a reporting strategy and enable data-driven business decision for HR and address the needs of management and regulatory

**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong ethics and discretion
- Work well under pressure
- Exposure to HRMS is an added advantage
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
