Customer Service Representative Entry Level or

Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in customer service/telemarketing or proven experience with a similar skillset
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Basic proficiency with Google Suite. Experience with Hubspot and Respomd. Io will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and transition conversations smoothly to becomequality leads
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Someone that is passionate about the brand
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company.
- Handle customer enquiries, provide appropriate answers within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Generate sales leads
- Manage large amount of incoming/outgoing calls
