Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls (Cold Calling) meetings, and generating pipelines for management reviews.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue within the Malaysian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to clients
