Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our team at Nityo Infotech. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and review the work of subordinates, ensuring high-quality financial and internal control activities.
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee the preparation of yearly audited reports and tax computation compilation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure the submission of monthly and quarterly Management and Accounting Reporting, maintaining strong relationships with tax agents, auditors, bankers, and other authorities.
- Liaise with external parties, including Bank Negara Malaysia and Customs, to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
- Drive improvement projects, leveraging expertise to enhance financial processes and systems.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in finance and Mandarin language proficiency.
