Job Description:

  • Reconciliation of customer accounts (Account Receivable & Customer payments)
  • Manage AR health & targets effectively
  • Delinquency Management:
    • Identify and address Past Dues
    • Conduct Collection Calls
    • Handle Collection Letters
    • Interact collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Escalate Collection Activities where required
  • Correct invoice inaccuracies
  • Coordinate financial changes efficiently
  • Ensure timely Cash Allocation & Suspense management
  • Document collection notes accurately
  • Provide top-notch customer service for invoicing inquiries
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer infrastructure
  • Support testing of new systems releases

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years in the field
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Basic finance and accounting knowledge; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits when necessary

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Field expertise in Customer Relations
  • Effective verbal communication and customer service abilities
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software
  • Proficient in writing/correspondence
  • Skilled in presentations
  • Understanding of legal aspects in Customer Relations
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin language proficiency is a bonus
