Job Description:
- Reconciliation of customer accounts (Account Receivable & Customer payments)
- Manage AR health & targets effectively
- Delinquency Management:
- Identify and address Past Dues
- Conduct Collection Calls
- Handle Collection Letters
- Interact collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate Collection Activities where required
- Correct invoice inaccuracies
- Coordinate financial changes efficiently
- Ensure timely Cash Allocation & Suspense management
- Document collection notes accurately
- Provide top-notch customer service for invoicing inquiries
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer infrastructure
- Support testing of new systems releases
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years in the field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Basic finance and accounting knowledge; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for customer visits when necessary
Knowledge and Skills:
- Field expertise in Customer Relations
- Effective verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software
- Proficient in writing/correspondence
- Skilled in presentations
- Understanding of legal aspects in Customer Relations
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin language proficiency is a bonus
