Job description
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and remote support tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays.
