What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of technical professionals responsible for optimization program deliverables.
  • Managing customer's expectation within technical delivery scope for Mobile networks
  • Deliver technical presentation / proposals together with leading high level customer presentations.
  • Define business requirement and participate in risk analysis for all technical deliverable targeting user experience improvement.
  • Ensuring all achievement, deliverables and KPI is driven within the stipulated timeframe and all actions are completed within SLA.
  • Lead 4G new feature trials and deployments
  • Analyse 4G to 5G interoperability issue with optimization proposal
  • Lead ENDC layering and reselection parameter tuning trials and proposals.
  • Lead strategic optimization activities targeting VoLTE and user experience improvements.
  • Initiate 2G and 4G capacity evaluation (inclusive load balancing / layering tuning) and submit a upgrade proposal quarterly to Mobile network planning team
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Network and NIC cluster boundary KPI monitoring and analysis. Escalate arising issue and identifying areas for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in telecommunication operations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in telecommunication technologies and industry trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

You will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing telecommunication systems and in a technical leadership role.
  • Indepth knowledge of telecommunication technologies, including voice and data networks, wireless communication
  • Strong understanding of network E2E architecture
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire technical professionals.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on delivering highquality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
