Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Planning Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of our Planning & Engineering team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end service or resource specific coordination, management, execution, and handling of projects. Your activities will ensure the best cost-effective design, adequate network and technology evolution, and consistency of the service and resource. You will work closely with our team to align with the Operator's short- and long-term business requirements.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Service and Resource long and medium-term planning and design the Infrastructure and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Understand the complete Operator's network, Broadcast, and IS/IT infrastructure under the scope of the MS contract as resources.
- Oversee short-term planning engineering detailed designs of new or enhanced services or resources, supporting the deployment of the solution and ensuring that it meets the project requirements.
- Conduct post-incident analysis as part of the problem management process and approve any change that affects the network (or service) topology or broadcast delivery.
- Responsible for Network (and Service) performance management and capacity management to meet MatchaTalent and business requirements and growth projections. This function will prompt the need for a specific network and/or broadcast delivery optimization.
- Handle special projects planning and design.
- Responsible for customer solution design.
- Oversee customer experience use case design and modeling.
- Minimum years of experience: 4-5 years' experience in the relevant domain (RF, RAN, LTE, Planning).
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, as well as social awareness.
- Ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Apply expertise and technology to effectively solve complex problems and optimize network performance.
