Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of livestreaming sessions for various brands
  • Oversee the technical setup and execution of live streams, ensuring highquality broadcasts
  • Collaborate with hosts, marketers, and product teams to plan live stream content and promotional strategies
  • Monitor live stream performance in realtime, addressing any technical issues promptly
  • Analyze viewer engagement and feedback to optimize future live streams
  • Maintain and update livestreaming equipment and software
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company policies during live broadcasts
  • Report on live stream metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and sales
  • Train and support live stream hosts on best practices and technical requirements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in livestreaming
  • Take on ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team and company objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of livestreaming platforms and technologies (e.g., Shopee Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live, Facebook Live and etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality broadcasts
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Proficiency in video editing software and basic graphic design is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

  • Experience with ecommerce and online retail
  • Knowledge of various product categories and market trends
