Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in managing operations and administration in a fast-paced investment, publishing, manufacturing, or IT organization.

  • Ability to build and manage a high-performing team, with a strong focus on talent development and succession planning.
  • Fluency in English is required, with a strong knowledge of Mandarin being an advantage.
  • Occasional travel to Singapore may be required.
