Job Title: Associate Director, Accountability

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Accountability to join our team at Publicis Amsterdam. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client investments and deliverables, translating analysis into actionable insights, and developing strong relationships with internal media buying teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day client investments and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Develop and present actionable insights to stakeholders, driving business growth and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal media buying teams, regional trading teams, and media auditors, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide expert advice and support to business teams on media investment analysis, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and cost exercises, reviewing responses, managing timelines, and analyzing feedback.
  • Manage local and regional communications effectively, sharing best practices and achieving desired results from internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the regional investment team to maintain a strong, collaborative regional/global trading community.
  • Develop and implement reporting and workflow automation for investment tracking sheets, streamlining operations.
  • Establish processes and frameworks to optimize operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage, track, and report local and regional partnerships, driving business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in media trading, media planning, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of media trading metrics and KPIs, with experience in media planning and buying principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling stories and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders across multiple business teams, with a high level of numeracy and data analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills, with a focus on attention to detail and big-picture learning.
  • Ability to process large amounts of data, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
