Digital Marketing Director

Job Title: Head, Wealth
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our consumer marketing efforts and drive the growth of our Personal and Premier banking, Premier Private Client, Wealth, Digital Wealth, and Wealth Financing businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully launching and implementing digital strategies, with a deep understanding of consumer marketing, including marketing of digital products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Marketing Efforts: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and achieve profit objectives.
- Develop Digital Acquisition Strategy: Create and implement a digital acquisition strategy for all products, leveraging Martech, Meta, Google, Programmatic Ads, and agency management.
- Oversee Digital Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Conceptualize Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive multi-channel marketing strategy and tactics, including advertising/promotions, distribution channel management, and tactical plan development.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Consumer Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of consumer trends and marketing best practices, collaborating with Group Customer Analytics & Decisioning (GCAD) and Market Research teams.
- Drive Customer Conversions: Increase customer conversions and generate qualified digital leads through first product onboarding of deposit accounts.
- Enhance Digital Product Awareness: Drive downloads, usage, and awareness of the OCBC Mobile Banking app and other OCBC Digital products and services.
- Identify Target Segments: Identify target segments and opportunities within the OCBC customer base to improve migration to digital services.
- Optimize Marketing Initiatives: Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for growth and sharing results with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Creative Agencies: Work with creative & media agencies to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure full compliance of procurement processes, campaign fulfilment requirements, campaign expense controls, and brand, regulatory, and statutory guidelines on advertisement and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successfully launching and implementing digital strategies.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and passion about digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
