Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Talent Recruit. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and leads to the website.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop lead-generation campaigns that align with the sales strategy.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on key marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Possesses at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the financial services industry or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices and the ability to write compelling copy and create engaging assets.
  • Good working knowledge and hand-on experience with Google Adwords, Facebook Business, LINE Ads, and other PPC channels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Possession of Meta Blueprint certification is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (Written & Spoken). Mandarin is a MUST to handle Mandarin marketing contents.
