IT Technical Support Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
  • Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in clients' computer systems.
  • PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required.
  • To undertake any adhoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): Hardware & PC troubleshooting, System Administration and Networking.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, PJ.
