Responsibilities:
Spearheading lead generation initiatives and assembling a proficient team.
Conducting recruitment processes to enhance team strength.
Setting and surpassing sales objectives.
Crafting and presenting quotes and proposals tailored to clients' needs.
Delivering compelling sales presentations to diverse prospective clients.
Collaborating sales strategies with existing marketing programs.
Identifying promising prospects through proactive measures such as cold-calling, networking, and client referrals.
Conducting client visits to assess needs and advocate products/services.
Maintaining meticulous client records for streamlined communication and follow-ups.
Addressing client inquiries comprehensively regarding services, policy contracts, product specifics, pricing, and availability.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in any field.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English or Tamil is mandatory.
Possession of 1-2 years of pertinent experience is a prerequisite.
Prior specialization in Sales, particularly in Financial Services, is advantageous.
Full-time or part-time positions are available.
Must be open to frequent travel, with own transport and valid license.
Demonstrated ability to establish and pursue clear personal and team objectives.
Eagerness to learn and cultivate entrepreneurial success.
Malaysian citizenship is a must.

Age requirement:
21 to 50 years old.
