Job Requirement 职位要求

  • SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree with at least 1 year experience in any call centre is added advantage.
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in any fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry is added advantage
  • Knowledge of healthcare services, medical terminology, and industry trends is added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with potential patients concerns.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • High level of selfmotivation and a goaloriented mindset.
