Account Admin Junior Executive

- Checking and posting of all invoices from customer, to ensure the accuracy and timelines for month end closing.
- Checking and posting of all invoices from supplier, to ensure the charges is correct before proceed to payments.
- Monitoring of courier arrangement, to ensure the goods delivery within the timelines given.
- Liaise with supplier for purchase requisition, quotation and comparison
- Monitoring and update admin report such as maintenance, insurance, inspection of motor vehicle and etc.
- Answering incoming call.
- Handling of stock level stationery, pantry and etc. Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
- Ensure proper filling of all documents.
- Assist on monthly stock count, yearly stock take and deal with auditors.
Requirement
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency with accounting software, knowledge in Auto Count Accounting software would be an added advantage.
- Being good in expression and coordinate in working with others, fast learner and capable to updated the related position's knowledge from time to time.
- Analytical, good working attitude and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and able to meet deadline.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
