Project Program Management Senior Advisor

What you will accomplish
As a Project Program Management Senior Advisor, you will spearhead the creation and rollout of new and captivating products and services. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer service, partners, clients, and other technical support units in cross-functional groups to oversee the entire lifecycle of highly intricate, high-risk projects—from inception to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Management

  • Assist in developing a Strategy Map for the team for the upcoming fiscal year, and establish staff and team performance metrics in alignment with the strategy
  • Work alongside the management team, HR, and finance to monitor, assess, and report on performance, KPIs, project objectives, and change efforts as required
  • Foster the growth of strategic concepts and provide initial facilitation until formal projects are initiated
  • Drive organizational change and facilitate the execution of impactful projects, involving coordination with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhance operational efficiencies and provide cross-team support, continually improving transparency through performance dashboards

Operations Management

  • Conduct Operations and Business Reviews
  • Lead Weekly Staff Meetings: Identify and prepare presentations, themes, and materials aligned with the strategy and fiscal year priorities
  • Develop executive presentations: Collaborate with relevant teams to create presentations for internal and external meetings and engagements
  • Present updates on key projects and initiatives: Collaborate with the leadership team and other stakeholders to showcase significant projects/initiatives

Organization and Talent:

  • Contribute to the Geo-diversity strategy for the Global SQE team
  • Head the One SQE program, focused on optimizing processes and organizational efficiency
  • Assist leaders in designing the organizational structure based on supplier locations and support requirements
  • Collaborate with leaders to foster unity, cultural cohesion, and community activities

Communication Leadership:

  • Act as the focal point for communication strategy development and execution through VP Monthly Newsletters, Town Halls, Brown Bags, and other ad hoc communications via internal channels like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Work as a liaison with the Central Communication team to ensure adherence to branding, messaging templates, and language in all outgoing communications
  • Lead the Supplier Relationship Management Plan and coordinate scheduling, agendas, and content for supplier meetings (ODMs and Sub-tier) for VP

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business, Marketing, or related fields and a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in leading and influencing virtual cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes and business objectives
  • Understanding of all aspects of business organizational agility, including direct reporting structures, Global Operations, and Dell functions. Must have a thorough understanding of functions across Global Operations, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with significant business implications and little margin for error
  • Willingness to adapt flexibly to align with organizational goals and undertake additional responsibilities as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a reputable university
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of Vietnamese and/or Chinese is a bonus)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills developed, preferably through experience at a top-tier consulting firm
  • Previous experience collaborating with executive leaders and senior cross-functional teams
  • Extensive business background in executing and implementing key strategic programs across large teams
