Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying strategic markets and services for rail initiatives related projects within APAC
  • Scale large Capex infrastructure projects in Rail.
  • Lead all the business development activities, also manage team to prepare qualifications packages, proposal packages and presentations.
  • Focal point person on ensuring activities are being completed timely ensuring best chances for ongoing projects.
  • Manage Key accounts identified for the respective business market.
  • Coordinate and define strategies for Industry related services.
  • Coordinate and leverage with Global Business Lines and other Operating Group / Regions to align business drivers and expand business opportunities
  • Develop and manage strategy plan and leading the BD team within APAC to increase company market share in rail transportation, infrastructure and construction industries through business activities / opportunities generated from BRI projects.
  • Be the contact point for APAC to work in the new opportunities and lead.
  • Develop and expand company's core business services related for Rail in APAC

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in technical/engineering degree and in Marketing/Sales experience will be preferred.
  • Ten (10) years in marketing and business development management level in the rail / construction industry is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute business planning process.
  • Advanced knowledge of general business and company procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Sales staff.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and providing innovative and impactful insights through data analysis.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
