Responsibilities:

  • Outsources and Purchase items from awarded project
  • Prepare Project Gantt Chart
  • Prepare and Update Project Planning and Scheduling
  • Issue Request Form & Itinerary (Outstation)
  • Collect and Delivery Item
  • Conducting a Site Visit
  • Followup with the Supplier, Client & Receiver
  • Prepare letter (Extension of Time (EOT)/Exchange of Supplied Goods/others)
  • Manage Supply Chain Management files in Google Drive
  • Update and maintaining the data
  • Process Local Order (LO) in ePerolehan
  • Manage Company Car (roadtax, insurance, maintenance & cleaning) including record summons and uses for operation purpose
  • Managed temporary storage space at NIMSB Puncak Alam and Berkat Bistari Warehouse
  • Prepare Actual Costing
  • Stocktake
  • Assist management in various administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in Administration (Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply)
  • Good communication skills

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
