  • Independently conduct research
  • Collaborate with UX Team to conduct research, usability test, user journey, etc.
  • Analyse project requirements, client's business goals and user's needs.
  • Studies current trends and technology.

Content Strategy:

  • Strategise for UX microcopy, information architecture, etc.
  • Develop easytounderstand content plans that match users' needs, business goals and current trends.

UX Writing & Copywriting:

  • Write engaging UX copy for digital platforms
  • Ensure all copy is userfocused, making complex information easy for everyone.
  • Produce/ Write creative proposals and technical writeups
  • Applies current trends and client's needs in writing
  • Pay special attention to spelling and grammar check

Social Skills:

  • Actively participate in presentation
  • Able to work collaboratively with crossdiscipline teams

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Writing, Communication, English, UX Design or related fields.
  • Have at least 1 year of writing experience, but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Organized and detailoriented
  • Powerful command of Bahasa Melayu is a plus.
