About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Content Executive to join our team at Businesslist. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for executing our global content strategy across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs, working closely with the Senior Content Manager and regional business partners.
  • Content Production: Write, edit, and proofread content for various marketing platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and reports.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with the Global Content team to develop hero campaigns and ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines, user experience, and engagement, working with the social media specialist, SEO content specialist, and Digital Engagement team.
  • Content Management: Update, revise, and archive content to keep it relevant and accurate, working with designers, videographers, and other creatives to develop multimedia content.
  • Content Analysis: Track content performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights for future content development.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure content aligns with the organization's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines, while optimizing for the platform.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and an additional language (Japanese preferred or Mandarin).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content creation and marketing.
  • Content Style: Adaptable editorial content style, with expertise in both long- and short-form content production, with an eye for detail and a flair for turning data and insights into engaging copy.
  • Content Understanding: Strong understanding of the role of content across the customer journey and marketing funnel.
  • Local Priorities: Keen to understanding local priorities and delivering content that maximizes value for local teams.
  • Business Outcomes: Demonstrate success in translating creative content ideas into tangible business outcomes, such as conversions across the different phases of the customer journey.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Take a data-driven approach to content marketing.
  • International Experience: Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving capabilities and a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
  • Team Player: Team player with the ambition to make a step change in the way content contributes to growing our business.
