Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end transactional processes related to Accounts Payable function, including procurement Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely record of expenses and liabilities into system Perform monthly reconciliation of vendors statement of accounts against AP ledger Balance. Perform invoice processing, ensure payment and payment forecast are made accurately and timely. Continuing to improve the payment process Responding to vendor enquiries regarding purchases Track the status of purchase orders and maintain accurate purchase records. Pay tax instalment to IRB as per agreed schedule. Make withholding tax (WHT) declaration (Tax Report and Payment) on time in accordance with tax regulations. Assist in annual audit and tax filing matters. Any other tasks assigned from time to time.Required Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience. Previous experience working in MNC or shared service functions would be advantageous. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Responsible, willing to learn and a good team player with positive attitude Proficient in data entry and vendor management Proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel) Good interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft AX) is an added advantage or any equivalent background
