Responsibilities

  • Receive, greet, and seat the guests.
  • Take orders and serves food and beverage to guest accordingly as per standard
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept at all times
  • Recommend / Upsell signature dishes and beverage of the hotel.
  • Present bill and receive payment accordingly
  • Always strive towards customers satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Min SPM / Certificate in relevant field
  • Good customer serviceoriented person, positive attitude and well groomed.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Ability to network with customers.
  • Related experience is an added advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month

  • Rotational shift

Education:

  • Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

Budget Control: 1 year (preferred)

  • F&B Management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Food Handling (preferred)
