**Responsibilities**
- Receive, greet, and seat the guests.
- Take orders and serves food and beverage to guest accordingly as per standard
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept at all times
- Recommend / Upsell signature dishes and beverage of the hotel.
- Present bill and receive payment accordingly
- Always strive towards customers satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Min SPM / Certificate in relevant field
- Good customer service-oriented person, positive attitude and well groomed.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to network with customers.
- Related experience is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Budget Control: 1 year (preferred)
- F&B Management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Food Handling (preferred)
