Responsible for general administrative duties in the office for daily operations.

  • Responsible for sorting out and filling the documents, issuing payment vouchers, maintaining of paper works and files.
  • Occasional administrative errands.
  • Chances to learn more about the project's documents.
  • Others as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification required SPM/STPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates in related Diploma/Degree field are welcomed or 1 year working experience required.
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, etc).
  • Basic communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
  • Basic writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
