Menjalankan transaksi jualan - Pembantu Jualan perlu menjalankan transaksi jualan, termasuk membuat resit, membuat pembayaran dan menguruskan penghantaran produk. Mereka perlu memastikan bahawa semua transaksi dijalankan dengan teliti dan mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan.

Memantau jualan - Pembantu Jualan perlu memantau jualan dan melaporkan prestasi jualan kepada pengurus atau pihak atasan. Mereka perlu memahami matlamat jualan syarikat dan membantu mencapai matlamat tersebut.

Menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan - Pembantu Jualan perlu menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan memastikan bahawa pelanggan merasa dipercayai dan dihormati. Mereka perlu memahami keperluan pelanggan dan memberikan perkhidmatan yang terbaik.

Kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk jawatan ini termasuklah kemahiran komunikasi yang baik, kemahiran berjualan yang baik, kemahiran interpersonal dan kepimpinan yang baik, serta keupayaan untuk bekerja dalam pasukan. Pendidikan formal atau pengalaman kerja dalam bidang jualan atau pemasaran adalah dianggap sebagai kelebihan tambahan untuk calon yang berkelayakan
