Kitchen Assistant

Job Descriptions & Qualifications

  • Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes, and present well before serving.
  • Adhere to Food Health and Safety regulations by KKM.
  • Ensure high standards and 100% strict adherence to kitchen's rules and procedures.
  • Ensure hygienic of workplace, staff hygiene and safety of food handling.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is always clean and in excellent working condition.
  • Assist to close the kitchen and follow the closing checklist.
  • Promptly report food quality or shortage problems to Outlet Manager/Owner.
  • Must be able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia _(Mandarin speaking is an advantage)_
  • Open to any gender/race, preferable Malaysians, or foreigners with valid working visa only.
