Job Description:
Provide efficient and effective clerical and administrative support in order to meet the objectives of the company.

  • Perform any other duties that may be required by the head
  • Maintain reports, files, data and records
  • Manage and monitor license renewal and expiration regularly to ensure all Licensing, Permit are valid i.e MPKJ, Petronas, emof, CIDB etc.
  • Manage administrative work such as maintenance of front office & office equipment, building management services, access door system, register document
  • Assure all purchase orders are complete including marking, packaging, payment and documentation, shipment and monitor collections of claim.
  • Deal with hosting provider and willing to provide the information if required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.00 am pm
  • Saturday: 8.00 am pm (WFH)

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
