Responsibilities:

  • Onestop solution to the needs of corporate customers (including product APP use and console use), providing corporate customers with a full set of consulting and aftersales service.
  • Provide complete and accurate solutions and information for corporate customers, solve customer problems, and provide highquality services.
  • Accept corporate customer consultation, record customer consultation and complaint content, and give customer feedback according to the corresponding process.

Onsite training will be provided:


  • Proficient in English good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic competency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Work experience in funded enterprises, blockchainrelated work experience, and familiarity with company funded enterprise management models and corporate culture will be given priority.
  • Able to work shift and Public Holidays

Salary:
Up to RM7,000.00 per month
