Contract Details:

This is a contract role with a 3-year employment term, offering the opportunity for full-time employment upon completion.

Working Hours:


The working hours are Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time), with a 30-minute lunch break included.

Please note that during Australian summers, this corresponds to 5 am to 2 pm in Malaysia time, and during winters, it's 6 am to 3 pm.


Public Holidays:

Public holiday entitlement is based on Australia New South Wales public holidays.

Additional Information:

  • This role is remote, and you will be required to use your own computer.
  • There is no probationary period, annual leave, or sick leave entitlement due to contract work type.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records accurately and efficiently.
  • Office Maintenance: Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed, liaising with external vendors and service providers to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging venues, catering, and logistics.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management, in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Other Assigned Tasks: Complete additional duties and tasks assigned by supervisors to contribute to the overall success of the office and organization.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Native English and Mandarin language skill
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
