About Our Team
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe.

We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2023. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents.
  • Support strategic talentmapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with crossfunctional and regional teams.
  • Support TA in any other general HRrelated work and/or projects.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or Master students with strong interest in recruitment/HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English.

  • Selfdriven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
  • Able to commit to a fulltime 6 months internship at least and work in the office minimum 3 days a week.
