Requirements

  • At least Diploma in information technology, computer science, or any other IT related field.
  • A minimum 1 year of experience working in any product development and/or systems or similar roles is required.

Responsibility

  • Compile and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights and support informed decision making.
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Write, test, and deploy scripts to automate repetitive tasks, increasing operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and business growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and write a business requirement document when necessary.
  • Prepare user manual documents for the developed products to client.
  • Able to adapt, be agile and manage constant changes.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in managing projects related to the implementation and/or upgrading of IT systems.
