Luxury Retail- Greeter

- Directing customer complaints to upper management and supervisory personnel
- Handing out promotional materials and coupons to customers as they enter retail establishments
- Offering free samples to incoming customers
- Ensuring all entering guests meet security requirements when applicable
- Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.
- Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry
- Able to work rotational shift (including Saturday and Sunday)
well, equipped with knowledge of the brand, designer and services to provide accurate answer to customer questions
- Assist with inventory and placement of new product.
Requirements:
- SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
- Good spoken of English, ability to converse in Mandarin or languages will be an added advantage.
- Selfstarter, vibrant, positive energy and presentable.
