About the role
The global mobility team plays a crucial role as the backbone and driving force of our business.


Joining a great team of global mobility and legal professionals, this position will involve a huge amount of client engagement as you collaborate with an exciting and varied client base as you support their immigration requirements.

You will to be part of a life changing impact for our clients relocate, live and work in Australia and other parts of the world.


Main responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the end to end lifecycle of the customer experience, including project planning, training, implementation, retention and growth
  • Work with case managers, and lawyers to complete new and current Immigration projects
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing ongoing, proactive support for our clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in admin
  • Experience as an Immigration Consultant and/or customer service is preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Office is required
  • Amenable to report to office at least once a week

Salary:
RM50, RM66,000.00 per year
