Responsibilities

  • To assists the engineer or supervisor in attending and providing solution problem related to electrical, report person in charge or manager the planned activities.
  • Responsible to lead and supervise electrician to carry out daily and weekly maintenance and troubleshooting of all electrical facilities.
  • To carry out repairs and preventive maintenance works of the equipment, building and other facilities.
  • Assist the maintenance head to ensure that all relevant laws, statutes and regulations relating to electrical system and installation are complied with Common Property Act.
  • Monitor third party contractors to ensure that safety issues and legal routines are adhered to.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.

Requirements:

  • At least 35 years in electrical/instrument maintenance preferably in the construction building maintenance field.
  • Experience with all aspects of electrical/instrument maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, team player and independent.

Working Days and Hours:

Monday - Saturday 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m
