Your Role:


As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless communication between our warehouse personnel and administrative team.

You'll be the go-to person for updating inventory, coordinating the flow of goods, and maintaining all aspects of administrative work.

Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

  • Liaise with warehouse personnel to keep inventory records accurate and uptodate.
  • Coordinate the inflow and outflow of goods, making sure everything arrives and departs on time.
  • Dive into our inventory systems to keep them shipshape and ensure they reflect the realtime status of our stock.
  • Tackle administrative tasks with gusto, from organizing meetings to handling correspondence.
  • Be the superhero of organization, swooping in to save the day whenever things get hectic.
