We are seeking a HR for our small companies. This role will be a department of 1, serving to support our employees throughout their employment life cycle. We are 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a leadership development program for managers and team leads
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
  • Stay uptodate on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent

Requirements:

  • Age Around 2835 Years Old
  • Muslim Priority
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR or similar role
  • Experience developing and teaching content to managers and supervisors to increase their leadership capabilities
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organizational change initiatives
  • Proficient in running salaried payroll and processing expense reimbursements
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and present HR metrics to inform decisionmaking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Salary:
From RM3,000.00 per month
