Job Description:
-


  • To assist the Project Supervisor or Manager.
  • Handle documentation of projects.
  • Administrative support to the project team.
  • Ensure all documents, drawings, records and files are properly maintained in accordance with quality requirements via electronically stored and/or hardcopy for easier retrieval.
  • Manage all projects document control and correspondence folders to ensure full document support is given for each individual project.
  • Support project team on issuing work orders and reports.
  • Tracking of project activities.
  • Report to management team on project status.
  • Assist with the preparation of contract documents and specifications.
  • Attending site meetings and site evaluations as and when required.
  • Adhoc duties from time to time.

Job Types:

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
