**Job purpose**
Responsible for the full spectrum of administrative & HR support for the Company. Ensure the highest confidentiality when dealing with all Private and Confidential matters with integrity.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Handling administrative work such as office maintenance, payment of utilities & office refreshments.
- Provides high-level clerical support to team/development at a company/organization.
- Assist in arranging the interview session.
- Involvement in organizing company events, including ordering materials & requisitioning meeting spaces.
- Provide support in aspects of HR such as attendance, disciplinary issues, training &, etc.
- To ensure sufficient facilities are provided for the smooth operations of the site office (i.e. stationery, printing, material form)
- Submit/monitor and record staff attendance, overtime, site allowance, annual leave, etc.
- Handling/preparing/summering and recording petty cash for KVDT2.
- To undertake any other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned, instructed, and directed by the superior.
**Experience**
- At least 1 year working experience in Admin/HR related field.
- Pleasant personality, able to communicate and team player.
- Speak and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
**Education**
**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
