We are looking for a competent **Admin** to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company and manage **HR documents**.
**Admin** role is to support the staff members at hand and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
**Position : Admin**
**Location: Skov Wood Slab Kajang**
**Responsibilities**
- Organize office and factory to assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Work with a variety of professionals in office settings. This can include Managers and other leaders within an organization.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Schedule appointments (internal and external) and prepare documents for meetings
- Arrange business trips for company staff.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides)
- Maintain and prepare monthly employee attendance and payroll.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure that all confidential matters pertaining are kept confidential.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant in another relevant administrative role.
- Knowledge of excel & computer systems (SQL software).
- Working knowledge of office & factory equipment.
- Through understanding of office & factory management procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Excel & Words
- 2 years and above experience in administrator.
