Production Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities
- To handle for all production admin task, day to day operation in the production office.
- Provide production support as and when needed to meet production goals.
- Proper Housekeeping and observe safety regulations.
- Provide administrative support for activities related to Production
- To handle monthly expenses claims for superiors
- To handle HR & Admin functions in production
- To liaise and follow up with all related parties for production admin matters
- To ensure proper filing system and information posted in system is up-to-date.
- To handle any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management
- Able to work 6days a week (Mon to Sat)
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,850.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
