- Assist in all administrative spectrum matters.
- Operate company telephone switchboard and cum Receptionist of the company.
- Supervise and manage the dispatch and courier services.
- Managing the Company plant and landscaping.
- Responsible for inhouse and overall Company cleanliness.
- Investigate complaints about service and equipment maintenance and take corrective action such as aircond and etc.
- Incharge person of pest control service.
- Manage inventory stock of the stationaries, sundries, toiletries, beverages and etc are always efficient.
- Manage and analyze all kinds of Company's utilities bills from local government/agencies.
- Coordinate activities with other department for any related activities.
- Assist in any other adhoc tasks as per required by Management.
Skill/Experience
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong PR skills and effective communication skills.
- A selfstarter and highly motivated individual.
Requirement
- At least Diploma / Degree in HR / Business Admin or equivalent.
