What you will do in this role:

  • Carry out all purchasing duties for electrical products, electrical accessories, cable and others.
  • To negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
  • Follow up purchase orders issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
  • Assist in selecting and evaluating existing/new suppliers to ensure they conform to quality, cost and delivery.
  • Work closely with the operation, sales and inventory control at maximum efficiency.
  • Review monthly sales and adjust the purchasing plan whenever necessary.
  • To assist with monthly material or product inventory count
  • Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives.
  • Timely submit the matching of PO, invoice, and DO to account for sales tax claim and to smooth the process of payment.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior.

What you need for this role:

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • High proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types:

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
