Issue invoices and bills daily using the billing software

  • Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill (items, prices, quantity of goods, exemption).
  • Update or added new/existing customer information to billing system such as change in address, phone number and etc.
  • Create all the purchase orders from customers.
  • Scan all the PO to server including PO from salesperson.
  • Filling all the previous invoices and delivery order and pass to account.
  • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts.
  • Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.
  • Update account of receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility.
  • Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills, goods return and etc.
  • Prepare monthly quotation for customers.
  • Reply all the customers new products inquiries.
  • Record all the products item that taken by the customers.
  • Answered client calls from main multiline telephone system.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
